Return & Exchange Policy

At staxxiom™, we stand behind our products and quality materials. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with one of our products you purchased directly from staxxiom, we’ll gladly provide you with a product replacement or refund. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the staxxiom™ Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products not purchased directly from staxxiom™. This Guarantee covers all staxxiom™ products. 

You must submit your Guarantee request within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Our return policy on staxxiom™ allows you to return new and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please have your order number and the email address associated with the order available when completing and submitting your request.

  • No restocking fees.
  • No cash refunds on gifts, ONLY exchanges or store credit will be issued.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund. staxxiom™ credit will be issued up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after 45 days. *
  • Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

* Shipping is non-refundable.

Final Sale Items are NOT protected by the staxxiom™ Satisfaction Guarantee Policy and are not returnable.

STEP 1: Notify staxxiom™, of your return

You must first notify staxxiom™ of your Satisfaction Guarantee request and your reasons for the return. You will need to include a copy of proof of purchase: your Order ID #, located on your order confirmation email, as well as the email address you used when checking out (this will be the same email that your confirmation order was sent to), date of purchase and the reasons for the return. The staxxiom™ Satisfaction Guarantee is only available in the United States and Canada. staxxiom™ reserves the right to deny Guarantee requests in its sole discretion if it determines that a customer is abusing the Guarantee or has engaged in fraud.

STEP 2: Follow staxxiom™ instructions to return

STEP 3: Print and return your product and proof of purchase

Once the request is approved, please ship your item back to the address included in the email received from staxxiom™. We are not liable for lost inbound packages. We suggest sending your item via an insured, traceable means, such as UPS or FedEx or insured USPS mail. All returns must be RECEIVED within 30 days after the purchase date in order to receive a full refund (less original shipping fees). After that date, a store credit will be issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. You will be notified when we receive your package and if there is any action on our part (refund, exchange, etc.).
